No Refunds for Hair Oil

Due to the nature of our product, which is a traditionally made hair oil containing many herbs and produced without the use of chemicals.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on purchases of our hair oil.

We take great care to ensure the quality and authenticity of our product, and each bottle is meticulously crafted to meet our standards. Therefore, we do not accept Cancellation & Refunds for any reason related to dissatisfaction with the product.

Missing Items

In the unlikely event that an item is missing from your order,

Compulsory Unboxing Video

In order to assist us in resolving any issues related to missing items or damaged products, we require customers to provide an unboxing video upon receiving their order.

This video should clearly show the unboxing process, including the opening of the package and the contents inside. This helps us ensure that any claims of missing items or damages are legitimate and enables us to take prompt action to address the issue.
